Delivery Times

Aegean Beauty prides itself on customer service excellence! Reasonable care will be taken when sending your package, but things do happen which are out of our control so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Delivery times vary depending on your area. Delivery can be expected within 3 – 7 working days after receipt of your proof of payment. Orders placed after 12:00 will be couriered the next day. Deliveries take place during working hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Where can we deliver? 

Your package can be delivered to your home, office or a business address. Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office, or P.O. box address. The following details must be provided to ensure that our courier companies can easily find you!

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Business name (if applicable)
  • Building name and floor number (if applicable)
  • Suburb
  • Postal code
  • Contact number
  • Time of delivery (please leave us a note/comment when you check out if relevant)
  •  Any other relevant delivery notes

Delivery cannot be completed without these details

Estimated delivery times per area 

  • Local deliveries (within Johannesburg): 1-2 working days
  • Pretoria, Krugersdorp, Soweto, Lenasia, Nigel, Springs: 2-3 working days
  • Durban, Harrismith, Bloemfontein, Klerksdorp, Witbank: 2 -3 working days
  • Cape Town, George, PE, East London, Northern Cape: 3-5 working days
  • Outlying areas (Kimberley, Upington, Kuruman, Welkom, Newcastle, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg, Mossel Bay, Knysna etc.) : 5-7 working days

The delivery times above are estimates only and subject to change. Certain areas within major centres may be considered outlying, depending on the courier company.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, Aegean Beauty shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will contact you for re-delivery or collection from the courier.

Although reasonable care shall be taken Aegean Beauty accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details or, if an unauthorized person at the delivery address accepts delivery of the package
